Michael L. Saxinger, R.L.A., ASLA
President

A native of Lancaster, Mike Saxinger graduated from Penn Manor High School before attending Temple University. After receiving an Associates Degree in Science with a major in Horticulture and Landscape Design, he transferred to West Virginia University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Landscape Architecture.

In 1991, Mike received his license to practice Landscape Architecture in the state of Pennsylvania. Mike is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County and the Pennsylvania Builders Association. He currently serves on the Pennsylvania Builders Association Developers Council, ASLA Government Affairs Committee, and Habitat for Humanity Land Acquisition Committee.

Mike’s creativity and horticultural background enable him to create plans that are both functional and aesthetic. Mike's expertise is in site grading, storm water management, erosion control and planting design. Mike has represented landowners, home builders, commercial developers, and development committees to prepare subdivision and land development plans. He has years of experience working closely with local elected officials, is experienced in obtaining permitting from Penn DOT, the Department of Environmental Protection, the Army Corps of Engineers, and local conservation districts.
